During the holidays customers are primarily buying friends and family, not themselves. Make your messages more emotional than usual and show them what they’ll feel giving your product to a friend, and the joy their friend will feel with that product. Customers don’t buy products, they buy emotions.
Re-think delivery
We’re already in December now, and customers want to feel good about your delivery options and that their gifts will arrive on time. Offer many different delivery options, including express shipping, and to be more competitive, offer cheaper or even free-shipping.
Create landing pages for holiday sales
Create a few personalised landing pages to promote your Christmas sales. Think of what target group is for each product. The kids? The parents? Grandparents? Friends?
